Kendal Early Learning Center has partnered with OberlinKids to ensure that all children enter kindergarten healthy and ready to learn.  As part of the Ohio Step Up to Quality Program, Kendal is required to obtain a developmental screening for each child upon enrollment and every six months thereafter.  OberlinKids is supporting us in this process. What happens to your information? All information is kept confidential within the collaborative.  Jenn Keathley, the director of OberlinKids is the only person who sees all of the information regarding your family and child entered on the questionnaires.
Now, you can do it online from the comfort of your own home in less than half an hour and receive a personalized report! The questionnaires are play-based and you may already know the answers to the questions from playing with your child. Depending on your child’s age, you may need some props – like a ball, blocks or a toy.
Just click the screening link and answer Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ-3 & ASQ SE-2)Review the results that you receive. If there are any recommendations or referrals for services, you will be contacted. A copy of the report will be sent to you and to your child’s teacher.
