While many of us are at home with our children during this time and looking for things to do to keep them active and learning.

Why not check-in to see if your child is meeting their milestones? Use OnTrack for Kindergarten, our free program that offers the Ages & Stages Questionnaires® ASQ-3 developmental screening and the social-emotional screening ASQ SE-2, in an online format for you to complete at your own convenience. The questionnaires are play-based and you may already know the answers to the questions from playing with your child. Depending on your child’s age, you may need some props – like a ball, blocks or a toy. You can also go to our screening page to learn more and then take the next step to get your child On Track for Kindergarten from there. Either way – get started with just a click!

You will receive the results and age-appropriate activities for your child by email. If there are any recommendations or referrals for services or you request any other resources to help your family, you will be contacted by OberlinKids.

Paper copies of these forms are available or personal assistance completing them can be made by contacting our Director Jenn Keathley. Call/Text 440-371-0113 or email jkeathley@oberlinkids.org.

Ages & Stages Questionnaires® are designed for screening, not a diagnosis. It is a quick check for children from birth through age five.
