Help Me Grow Home Visiting

Help Me Grow is a system of supports for pregnant women, caregivers with new babies, and families with young children with developmental delays and disabilities. Services and supports are provided statewide through Home Visiting, Early Intervention, developmental screenings, and connections to community resources.

We are proud to share this valuable resource for families with newborns!

Family Connects Ohio

Family Connects Lorain County provides a FREE at-home nurse visit to support the health and well-being of babies and moms within the first few weeks after birth.
