Pathways HUB

The Lorain County Pathways HUB (LCPHUB) is a free program seeking to reduce infant mortality and improve the health of at-risk moms and infants in Lorain County.

By Car

LCCAA’s By Car program assists eligible participants with the purchase of a vehicle for transportation to work or school.

Produce Center

LCCAA’s Produce Center is on West 10th St in Lorain and open to anyone in Lorain County. Pickups will be scheduled on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This service is available weekly on a first-order, available-appointment basis to anyone in Lorain County living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. You must order ahead using our online system and you must make an appointment. Deliveries will be picked up outside the building. Appointments and stock may be limited.
