With multiple locations across Lorain County, affordable options, and a sliding fee scale for those who qualify, we’re committed to making care accessible for all. 

Appointments are requested, some appointments open same day! We take Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial insurance, the uninsured, and offer a sliding fee scale for eligible patients.

🕰️ Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
After-hours appointments are available, ask the call center at the time of appointment scheduling.
