Utilizing theory and practice from leading mindfulness experts like Pema Chodron, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Thich Nhat Hanh, this workshop is designed to explore concepts of stress and burnout in clinical practice and highlight evidence-based techniques that are designed to help improve mindfulness and balance.
