Overview:

The Expressive Arts Program uses art, music, writing, drama, and movement to promote healing, stress relief, and personal growth. No art experience is needed.

How It Helps:

  • Provides safe ways to process emotions, trauma, and grief

  • Builds coping skills and resilience

  • Encourages self-discovery and confidence

Upcoming Groups:

  • TLC for Trauma and Loss Survivors – Adults, Tuesdays 6:00–8:30 PM, starts Sept 30, 2025

  • Art Journaling: TLC for Stress – Teens (4:00–5:30 PM) and Adults (7:00–8:30 PM), starts January 2026

  • Includes art journals

  • Each group runs in 8-week cycles, led by Donna Jezewski, M.Ed., LSW
